Learn to speak directly to your subconscious and program it to support your goals
Tired of feeling stuck in habits that don't serve you? LISTEN UP...
We've been using a powerful method to unlock real change—and the best part? It's completely self-directed.
With our approach to self hypnosis, you'll learn to speak directly to your subconscious and program it to support your goals—not sabotage them.
One of the most important things I do with every client is teach them self hypnosis. Why? Because real transformation doesn't just happen in my office—it happens in the moments between sessions. When a craving hits at 10pm, when anxiety creeps in before a big meeting, when old habits try to pull you back. That's when you need the tools to take control.
Self hypnosis empowers my clients to carry the work we do together out into their daily lives. They don't have to wait for their next appointment to make progress. They can reinforce positive changes, calm their nervous system, and redirect their subconscious anytime, anywhere. It puts the power back in their hands.
I've watched clients who felt completely powerless over their habits transform into people who feel genuinely in charge of their own minds. That shift doesn't come from willpower—it comes from learning how to communicate with your subconscious on its own terms.
Now we're giving away the full method in a free, 20+ page PDF guide:
“Self Hypnosis – Get What You Want”
This isn't theory. It's the same process my clients use to quit smoking, release weight, overcome anxiety, and build unshakable confidence—long after they leave my office.

A meta-analysis of 17 randomized controlled trials published in the International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis found that participants receiving hypnosis reduced anxiety more than 79% of control participants. The effect was even stronger when hypnosis was combined with other psychological techniques.

A multicenter randomized controlled trial found that group self-hypnosis significantly reduced perceived stress after just 5 weeks, with improvements maintained at the 12-week follow-up. Participants reported feeling calmer, more focused, and better equipped to handle daily stressors.

In medical students trained in self-hypnosis, researchers found significantly lower distress and anxiety compared to the control group—plus measurable improvements in immune function, suggesting self-hypnosis doesn't just feel good, it changes your body's stress response at the biological level.
