Unlock your full potential with these simple, proven steps
Have you ever felt like confidence was just out of reach? You're not alone.
For years, Brisa struggled with self-doubt and hesitation—constantly questioning her decisions and feeling stuck. It wasn't until she discovered a method to unlock her inner confidence that everything began to change. This wasn't about “faking it” or putting on a mask—it was about building something real, something lasting.
When she began learning hypnosis and exploring the power of manifesting, she quickly discovered how to attract things into her life with ease and speed. But then she realized something important: she was manifesting everything outside of herself, yet the real change she craved had to start within.
It was time to shift focus and manifest the inner confidence needed to become the best version of herself—and that's when everything began to change.
Now she's created a system—a simple, actionable checklist—to help you do the same. This isn't theory. It's the same foundational process that has helped countless individuals transform their inner world.
This checklist is your first step toward transforming your inner world and achieving your deepest desires.

Define what inner confidence looks like for you. Be specific and honest about what you want to achieve.
Notice limiting beliefs and rewrite them into something empowering. “I'm not good at this” becomes “I am learning and growing every day.”
Close your eyes and imagine your most confident self. What do you feel, hear, and see? Immerse yourself in that version.
Choose one small thing today that moves you closer to feeling confident. Momentum grows through movement.
Write down three things you're proud of each day. Confidence builds when you acknowledge your progress.
“Cannot recommend this place enough! I went to Brisa to help get rid of anxiety and the results are outstanding. In situations where my whole body would shake and it would be hard to breathe, I am now cool and calm. My advice to future customers is to go in with an open mind, do the exercises, do the work. The results are worth it!”
“Brisa was my hypnotherapist. I've enjoyed and found valuable my each visit with her. I always left the office feeling uplifted and more confident in my abilities to tackle my issues because of her pretty intense and very personable approach.”
A randomized controlled trial at Bond University found that a group intervention combining self-hypnosis and self-care significantly improved self-esteem and reduced emotional distress in participants. The study showed that increased mindfulness from hypnosis explained 33% of the self-esteem improvement and 42% of the reduction in emotional distress.

Research on hypnosis and performance found that hypnotic suggestion directly improved self-efficacy—the belief in your own ability to succeed. In a controlled study, participants receiving hypnosis performed significantly better than the control group, with improvements maintained at the 4-week follow-up. The researchers concluded that hypnosis restructures the cognitive processes essential for confidence, attention, and achievement.

A pilot study on Hypnotic Relaxation Therapy for Well-Being found that 71% of participants who completed the intervention were categorized as “flourishing”—experiencing high levels of well-being and positive affect. The intervention was simple: guided self-hypnosis sessions combined with daily home practice using audio recordings.
